We are a community of book lovers, seeking to bond and connect at a deeper level through a shared love of the written word.  We welcome all wishing to explore the complexity of life, spirituality, and the human experience.

We honor our third Unitarian Universalist principle by accepting and encouraging differing views within our group and our fourth principle by supporting a free and responsible search for truth and meaning through our selection of books and group discussions. Learn More

Covenant Groups are small groups (no more than 12 people) whose members meet at least once or twice a month to discuss and share their insights about a spirtual topic or issue. The goal of a Covenant Group is to simply provide a safe place where people can get to know each other and share the contents of their minds and hearts.

The Mindful Meditation Community has been created for those with years of disciplined practice as well as with beginners in mind, and we are certain both will equally benefit from this time together.   We will be offering instruction on guided meditations, individual meditations and discussions on mindful living and practices.  We also will be connecting to practical ways to bring these practices into our homes and lives on an everyday basis.  We hope that everyone who joins us will experience a greater awareness of the life we are living and the connections we make to heart, soul and insight. Ner Tamid: (pronounced Near Tah-mead)
The Ner Tamid or eternal flame, is the light which hangs in the sanctuary and is never supposed to be extinguished. Many of us have come from a Jewish background. Sometimes we miss the tastes, songs and rich history of our ancestors. We even want a place to celebrate holidays. If you are interested in learning how Judaism and UU share many common beliefs, then Ner Tamid is the place for you. Come explore with us...and never let that light go out.... Learn More
